Synergy is a free application that allows to control many computers with only one set keyboard and mouse. This is a VERY clever application.

Animation Packages
I found these 2 animation packages awhile ago.

They both acheive more or less the same things they allow to move things around by using the robert penner easing equation through some customised classes. However the Lazo package has one very interesting aspect. You can customise the easing equations and add many segement to the easing curve as well as create your own one.
